Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of osmsois.com and the Osmosis platform (the "Service") operated by Osmosis Pte. Ltd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (8 Marina View, Level 27, Singapore 068914). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
The Osmosis platform provides cross-chain liquidity depth measurement and routing slippage analytics for professional research desks and treasury analysts. Access is granted on an invitation and early-access basis during our current launch period.
2. Use of the Service
When using the Service you agree to the following conditions:
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the authorisation of a parent, guardian, or employing organisation.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the platform, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure.
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce platform output in bulk except as expressly permitted by your subscription tier or by mandatory law.
- API access (available on the Pro and Enterprise tiers) is subject to the call-volume limits set out in your subscription. Exceeding those limits without prior agreement constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Data and analytics outputs provided by the Service are for informational and research purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its platform code, depth computation methodology, data models, and all associated content, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for the purpose described in your subscription during the term of your access.
4. User Content
You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service, including query parameters, research notes stored within the platform, and any communications you send to us. You grant the Company a limited licence to use, store, and process such content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use research query data to train models or share it with third parties.
5. Data Accuracy and No Financial Advice
The liquidity depth and routing slippage figures provided by Osmosis are computed from on-chain pool state at the time of query. Market conditions change rapidly and outputs represent a point-in-time measurement. The Service is provided for research and analytical purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on data obtained through the Service.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific data accuracy threshold will be maintained at all times. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable under the laws of your country of residence are not affected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to the Company in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including losses arising from trading decisions made using platform data. Liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law is not affected.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, or conduct that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 10) will survive.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
