1. Our Commitment

("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (8 Marina View, Level 27, Singapore 068914) operates osmsois.com and the Osmosis platform, a cross-chain liquidity depth and routing slippage analytics service for research desks and treasury analysts. 2. Personal Data We Collect

Osmosis collects personal data in the following categories:

  • Account and contact data you provide when requesting access or registering: full name, work email address, company or team name, and your description of how you plan to use Osmosis.
  • Usage and query data generated when you use the platform: API call parameters, depth-query inputs (chain, pool, notional thresholds), CSV export requests, and session activity logs. This data is used solely to operate the service, maintain reliability, and compute aggregated usage metrics.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, and session timestamps.
  • Communications data: messages you send to our partners inbox and any correspondence related to your access request or support enquiry.

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under the PDPA unless you voluntarily disclose it in a message to us. We do not use the liquidity query data you submit to train models or for any purpose beyond operating and improving the Osmosis service.

3. Notification, Consent, and Purpose

We notify you of the purposes for which we collect personal data and obtain your consent where required. Personal data submitted through the access-request form is collected for the purpose of evaluating your request and communicating with you about early access to Osmosis. Usage and technical data are collected for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the platform. We process personal data only for the purposes notified or for which consent has been obtained, or as otherwise permitted under the PDPA.

4. Disclosure and Cross-Border Transfer

We disclose personal data to service providers acting on our behalf under written agreements that require them to maintain a comparable standard of data protection. These include infrastructure providers hosting the platform and analytics tools used to measure site performance. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure a comparable level of protection through contractual arrangements or other mechanisms recognised under the PDPA.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Your PDPA Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights regarding personal data we hold about you:

  • Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Right to correction: request that inaccurate or incomplete personal data be corrected;
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you have given for processing, subject to legal and contractual obligations;
  • Right to data portability: where applicable, request that your personal data be provided in a portable format.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and contact data for as long as your access to Osmosis remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to handle queries and comply with our legal obligations. Usage and technical data are retained for up to 13 months for operational and analytical purposes. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

7. Data Breach Notification

Notifiable data breaches are reported to the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC") and to affected individuals in the manner and within the timeframe required by the PDPA.

8. Do Not Call (DNC)

Any marketing communications to Singapore telephone numbers comply with the Do Not Call Provisions under the PDPA. You may opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us directly at [email protected].
